We generally don't make a big fuss over valentines day, but since it fell on a weekend, we decided to do something special for each other. Cindy gave Ian some awesome socks, and Ian made Cindy a delicious mushroom quiche and french bread with white bean and onion confit.

you had quiche? WE HAD QUICHE!!! One bacon quiche (oink, oink) and one bacon and spinach quiche- I love cheesey pie!
