New Old House

We were bummed when our landlady told us that we couldn't renew our lease this summer and frustrated by the paltry pickings on the rental market. A blessing in disguise, perhaps, since it convinced us to buy a house. The market is so favorable and properties so cheap compared to New England. So here is a quick tour of our little (not figuratively) house. It is a 1930's cape...3 BR, 2bath, 2 car garage. It is wee, but very charming and full of old craftsmanship. The previous owner was a contractor who specialized in restoring old homes, this being one of them.
